Hello everyone! Friday was a day full of work and a lot of fun!
We started the day by climbing Mt Chame as a team. Great views of God's creation and great team building. Those who stayed back treated kids in the new infirmary with sicknesses and a badly busted lip.
When we arrived back at camp the kids shared their testimonies from the week and how God changed their lives! So cool.
We spent most of the afternoon at the pool...again! Aqua Pufa were the olympic games the teams played and it was a ton of fun. Our lifeguarding skills again were in big use.
In the evening was one of the real highlights for the kids and us as it was Carnival Night! There were carnival games of basketball, soccer shots, bounce house, cotton candy, face painting, corn hole etc. Donations of soccer jerseys, winter caps, nail polish, fidget spinners, jacobs ladders were all used as prizes and the kids filled up their bags with their gifts and our hearts with smiles.
We we went to bed tired but excited as the we had such a good time. There is really something about seeing the joy on their faces.
Thank you to all for prayers and donations.
