Locking arms in Christ

Welcome to Chapel Men

Men need to be reached where they are spiritually. A man who has little spiritual interest won’t sign up for a two-year Bible study, and a mature Christian needs more than bocce and trap shoots. A man who just lost his job or a loved one needs comfort—not teaching or fun activities. Our Men’s Ministry provides resources, classes and activities to meet men where they are: daily and long-term studies, recovery support, yearly weekends of fellowship and learning, and of course fun activities.

Long-term, low-pressure. It takes a lifetime to complete this Christian journey. Men come along at different speeds. We give men permission to stand around the rim of what we are doing and experiencing, allowing them to observe, giving them permission to buy in at their own pace, and letting them come on board at their own level of involvement.

Ultimately, the Men’s Ministry is about building relationships. Without real and deep relationships, men have no sense of community with one another. First and foremost, a personal relationship with Christ, and then supporting relationships with his wife, children, and the community at large, including other Christian men. We lock arms with each other and do life together.

Men's Serving Opportunities

Jesus Christ gave us the ultimate example of sacrificial leadership. In Men's Ministry, we develop and encourage servant leaders. At The Bible Chapel, there are many ways you can serve alongside your brothers in Christ.

Serving at The Bible Chapel

Men's Ministry is always looking for the skills and experience to continually improve its offerings, and The Bible Chapel needs strong, God-honoring men as volunteer leaders in all its ministries.

Local and International Outreach

The men of The Bible Chapel make an impact in our area and our world. They serve with our local partners, who combat poverty and addiction in the Pittsburgh area, and they take mission trips to strengthen communities in places like Panama and Kenya.
