It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Ephesians 4:11—13 The philosophy of R19 is rooted in the above passage from Ephesians as it explains the role of both the staff and leadership of the church along with the role and goals of those we are ministering to. The R19 Youth Ministry cannot be considered as a separate entity from the corporate ministry at The Bible Chapel. We are a step in the process of developing followers of Christ, building on the foundation of Children’s Ministry beginning in 7th grade and handing off maturing young adults after they graduate high school to the College and Adult Ministries. |

The R19 Youth Ministry exists to develop followers of Christ by bringing the message of salvation and life that only comes from our God, by His power and to His glory to the youth of our community and beyond. We will:
