And why should you join one?
Chapel Groups are small groups of people who walk through life together. Members of a Chapel Group support, encourage, and challenge each other through life's ups and downs. They gather regularly to study, pray, and laugh together, and usually there's food! Chapel Groups follow the model that the Bible gives us in Acts 2:42.
You were never meant to live the Christian life alone. With Chapel Groups for every age, stage, and schedule, you don't have to.
Chapel Group participants tell us what their group has meant to them.
Chapel Groups are a place where you can delve into God's Word and grow alongside your brothers and sisters in Christ. They're also your second family, and your first line of care when the storms of life hit. In times of struggle, your Chapel Group can rally around you to provide both emotional support and tangible care, like meals, rides, and help with kids or errands.
Each Chapel Group meets in one of three formats:
Connect Groups are for those new to The Bible Chapel or new to Living Grounded. They will study the 12-week Living Grounded curriculum together as well as participate in service and fellowship activities together. Connect Groups can become Core Groups once they complete Living Grounded.
Core Groups are for those who are ready to do life with other believers. These groups usually consist of 8-12 people who meet regularly for Bible studies, prayer, fellowship, and service projects.
