If you have alternate childcare available, please let us know so that you can still attend MOPS even if availability in Kids Klubhouse closes.
If you have pre-registered and find that you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible so that the childcare space can be made available for another child. To cancel Kids Klubhouse reservations, please contact Laurie Freado 724-941-1810 or Kim Sarniak 724-348-9167.
Please make sure you have your payment and completed forms from the online registration process at the first meeting. Payment can be made by cash or check made out to SHBC. If you have any questions, please contact Kim Sarniak at
724-348-9167 or Laura George at 724-746-8675. We hope to see you in October!

Purpose: MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. The purpose of MOPS International is to meet the needs of every mom — urban, suburban, and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single and married moms — moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be to the glory of Jesus Christ!" Every mom is invited to come regardless of her religious affiliation.
When: October 6, 20; November 3, 17; December 8, 2008; January 12, 26; February 9, 23; March 9, 23; April 6, 20; May 11, 2009

What: MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy through kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs. MOPS offers moms the opportunity to share concerns, explore areas of creativity, and hear information on topics that equip them for the responsibilities of family and community. The program includes a speaker or presentation with instruction related to womanhood, marriage, child rearing or managing the home from a biblical perspective. Small group discussion times lead to building and deepening friendships. A creative activity or demonstration finishes off the program just for added fun!
Where: Circle Drive 141-142
Childcare: While moms relax and refresh, the Kids Klubhouse program lovingly cares for their children from birth to age six. Children can be checked in at Lil' Kids Lane. Please be sure to read our Nursery Procedures.Your child must be pre-registered!
Cost: A registration fee of $24 is required by MOPS International, Inc., plus an additional weekly meeting fee of $5. Scholarships are available (for some circumstances). Payment is due at the first meeting (online payment is not available), either $94 for the full year or $59 with the remaining $35 due in January, 2009.
